Fun experience, great work out , friendly and knowledgeable staff

My son has been to a few classes and recently the holiday camp. He had a great time despite the fact they couldn't play Nerf. Almost everyone there is really nice. We did have a slight issue with one of the workers because my son had a hard time getting out of the foam pit ( he's a bit on the heavy side) but worker told him he wouldn't help him get out and he couldn't go in if he couldn't get out. My son was pretty embarrassed by it but didn't let it ruin his fun. All and all we do really like Brooklyn Zoo and will definitely be back.
Always fun. Cool guides and management. Great place to waste energy and learn new skills.
