Mayflower cleansers was my to go place, till their and my luck changed. Brought in a beautiful black Burberry coat and it has been done there before no problem. Got it back and the inside beige lining had black polka dots all over. It was done again now it was all totally dark. Owner told me it was Burberry & my fault. My options was to pay him $60.to have him take it to a lab to find out if the coat had a defect. And go from there. I declined. No apology and coming to a resolution. Guess the don't need the business. Very disappointed.

Mayflower staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an accident with liquid makeup splatter across vintage wool slacks. In less than a week later their work was really incredible, not a trace of makeup left, and the wool looked better than before.

I used Mayflower for years and finally have switched. Mayflower lost my clothes more than once - clearly not ideal for service that should be responsible with your items. Worse, however, was their terrible customer service when I brought the lost items to their attention - I was treated as if the loss was my fault. No apologies, no explanation, and I had to continuously chase management for a response.
