I called and used this taxi company for the first time and was very satisfied with the service. The driver was on time, he was helpful with my groceries, he was kind, respectful and professional throughout the entire drive to my destination.nnI'd also like to mention that the car I rode in was clean- which makes one feel more comfortable for reasonable sanitary purposes in general.nnThis taxi service, from my experience, is convenient, reliable, and flexible. From speaking with the driver, Steven, they offer outstanding customer service. I would definitely use them again in the future when in need.
I used Blu for the first time tonight. My car is in the shop and I needed a taxi to take me to the hospital and then pick me up to take me back home. I ordered it in advance and they were 5 minutes early to pick me up and were waiting for me at 8:30 to take me back. I really appreciated them being on time and reasonable priced. Also, when I told my driver that I was fairly new to the area he gave me some tips on bakeries and restaurants. It was a very pleasant ride. I would use them again.
The service was amazing! Not only were they very efficient but also friendly and kind. Now a days it’s very hard to find a taxi service were you feel safe but not here I felt safe the whole time. I highly recommend using Blu worldwide.
