I have been a customer 15 years. They remember you and go the extra effort to assist you

I always call there and use their service often but some of the drivers don't clean their vehicles and they look dirty and smell. I complained to the dispatcher but I still see the problem. Also I have been charge (several times) a couple of extra dollars from what I says in the text they send you.nOther than that good service and on time most of the time.

This was a total nightmare my dead grandmother can walk faster than this driver can, never again. This is nyc you got to get up an move. Fron Fulton n van siclen to Jay Street over an hour. Unbelievable.

The worst taxi service ever. Driver be on there phone the hole ride not paying attention to the road, you go to the same location same day and they charge you different prices, sends driver who dont speak English(no descrimination), drivers don't be on time (up to 30 min wait).The manager Oscar is horrible,nasty and disrespectful and does not help in none of the mistake that his drivers make. If you love your self dont use this taxi service.

Sometimes takes a lil to get there but the ppl are nice and drive well
