The best car service company in Brooklyn. Best prices and quality service. Dispatch and drivers are always professional and will go the extra mile. (no pun intended). cars are clean and drivers are well masked at all times.
Great service but some cars is very dirty inside or without air-conditioned. Mustly of middle east drivers they cars is very dirt and smells bad. The Hispanic cars are clean
Not expensive no long wait time can ask prices in advance
We live in Park Slope and have used Castle a few times to go to JFK and LGA. So far, we've had nothing but great experiences. The drivers have been on time, the cars have been clean, and the driving style has been safe and comfortable. The fares have also been totally reasonable - definitely cheaper than an Uber or Lyft.
Manuel was great assistance to me. Time of arrival was fast and efficient, very professional. I would absolutely recommend their services.
