Very happy with our airport transfers; Arecibo answer phone quickly (& it’s a person!), easy to arrange, drivers were both on time, professional, helpful & had the rear-facing infant car seat I asked for. (Rafi yesterday was particularly helpful with getting out luggage, stroller etc - thank you). Price given on phone & easy to pay after journey vis cash or credit card. I’d definitely use again!
Excellent customer service. And the drivers help you even if you get the address wrong bi-accident. Never seen a car service with such care for their customers like this before. Happy I found them.
