They don’t show up after calling 911nIt’s a shame

I went into this precinct to notify them of a man following me mid morning only blocks away while performing sexual acts on himslef. The officer who took my statement wrote nothing down and made me feel as if what happened wasn't a occurance to be coming in to report. There were 2 female officers and 2 male officers present during the the initial reporting. All of which seemed bothered by being interrupted from their conversation and at instincances seemed to have a belittling attitude towards me. I felt uncomfortable about going in to report the occurance but did anyway worried that we live in a community of families and young women who could fall victim of a similar experience or worse. I left feeling as if it was not taken seriously and that I was wasting both their time and mine.
