I gave it a 3 star because it was great information and visuals but I did not feel welcomed. I was really excited on my way to the Holocaust museum but as soon as I got there it was people looking at us instead of greeting us! Once I spoke then they spoke! We were given voice recorders to follow along the tour which was a great thing! When I tell you I saw this one lady following us around like we were going to steal something! It was not a good feeling and then when I was walking around reading and taking pictures I would look up and people were looking as if I did not belong there. People should not judge someone because of what they look like! I love all people even if they don’t love me because no one is better than the next person!

What an amazing experience, this museum is a must during your trip to NYC. COVID protocols are in place and booking online was very easy. The audio guide was very helpful and organized. The museum left such a powerful impact in me, bring some tissues because you will need them. So informative museum. In memory of all the victims of the Holocaust :( my heart is with you all

While a sobering, sad place, it's a must visit. It is so well done and despite the sadness, you experience a little hope with the survivor stories and their legacy. We don't usually partake in audio tours, but I am glad we did because it paced our time in the exhibit very well. It's haunting and draining, but it reminds us to never forget.

This is truly a museum that has left a deep impact on me. The audio tour was organized so perfectly. The layout was very well designed with education and the intimate videos of survivors. It was an eye opening experience.
