Very poor service. $200.00 for two guys to stand in our pantry, and in the end tell us they were not sure whether or not it was our pipes were frozen, maybe our pump was bad, maybe it was our foot valve. I strongly recommend using ANYONE else, hell, our neighbor has been more help than these guys!nnIn the end, we contacted them, hoping that maybe they would be understanding, that $200.00 for a big 'maybe?' Didn't seem very well worth it. The secretary, or whoever she is, Shirley, maybe Cheryl? She agreed, couldn't understand why there were two guys!nnWell, they ended up having one of the plumbers call me, probably hoping that I would back down, and say, 'Oh, no, you're right. I'm sorry.' They're friendly, in person, sure. But not helpful. I don't enjoy trying to be bullied. We're on day nine without correctly running water, moving, closer and closer, though! All in all, as a working family, I wouldn't suggest them. Friendly? Sure. Timely? Eh...nnI get they need paid, but you're robbing the blind here.nnHad they simply been understanding, and chalked it up to a loss, maybe a 'my bad' on their part? I would have let it go, chalked it up to a loss myself. A lesson learned. But I decided, in the end, better to warn others.nnIf I could give zero, I would.

I had a heating and air conditioning unit installed in a very timely manner. They staff was very nice nice and did their job very well. i was impressed with their commitment to making sure I was satisfied with the work they were doing as they went along.

A coworker referred me to Mountaineer Mechanical. I trust them so I didn't look any further. They did a great job installing my heating and air conditioning unit. The staff was really great at what they do and they didn't take too long.

The staff from Mountaineer Mechanical who did work at my house were very nice and very knowledgeable. They did their work in a timely matter to ensure there was not much of an inconvenience to my family and myself. They did quality work.
