Great they had what I needed when no one else had the prime window sill I was looking for
This business has ZERO interest in helping customers.!nWent to buy supplies, left with empty hands due to lack of service, I knew exactly what I needed, asked a worker and not helpful at all instead had a cigarette in his mouth half the time we spoke to him then said go to the front office he can help, we did and was even worse the man behind the counter didn't offer anything or other options we may have to do our project.nIt seemed they focused on contractors ONLY.!!!nIf this is the case, so do yourself a favor and hang a Big sign outside this building to let people know if you don't know what you want, don't come here. Will Never stop by here again !!
Rude and unprofessional. They were extremely rude to my wife when she went in there while I was at work. My wife said she has to go to the car to grab her phone and the guy at the counter told her to hurry up and rolled his eyes everytime my wife would say something. But of course he wouldn't dare to behave the same way towards the muscle head who went in after my wife. Next time I will be going in and hope he's ready for the same treatment.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Condescending, rude and pushy interactions from the people who work here. Never going back. So much for wanting to support local business. I won't be supporting this one.
The company has a good product and price but the people in there are so rude and hard to deal with
