I wish I had looked at the reviews on this place before driving in. I was on my way home and thought it looked like it wasn't busy and I could sneak in and out on my way home. Firstly, my car doesn't even look clean on the inside, so they've done a dreadful job wiping and cleaning the interior. Almost like they didn't do it at all. Secondly, there was a big dent and scratches down the side of my driver's side door that were 100% not there when I gave them my car 20 mins earlier.nnThe owner/manager didn't even listen to me when I asked him to look at my car. He said there is no possible way it could happen. He tried to tell me it was already there, yet I look at the side of my car getting in which I had done this morning and it was not there. My car is 2 months old and is parked in valet parking on risers under my building. I took my car out today to get washed and I wished I'd left it in my car park. I'm upset about the damage on my door and that they wouldn't take responsibility for it.nnMore than happy for the owner to contact me to resolve this issue. For all of the readers, visit at your own risk, or if you have a banged up car that you don't mind getting damaged

I came to get my car washed and realized I was $2 short in my wallet but I had money in my car in the eye glass department. When I went to get the $2 difference from the eye glass case, over $40 was missing. They took all of my reserve cash. The owner (Asian lady) became very belligerent as she began to yell at me and kick me out. She threatened to call the police so I did her one better and called them myself. I still gave her the $25 but she did not cooperate with me at all trying to find out which one of her workers stole my $. I called the police and they came and spoke with her but she refused to provide any camera footage. The officers asked her to consider giving me a complimentary wash for the incident and she refused. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE AGAIN. The owner had 0 regard for a regular paying customer.

I will probably never go back to a hand car wash. Awful job. The bottom of the car on both sides were just as dirty as before. They charged me $30 I could've had my car cleaned spotless at the regular wash for $12.nnVery disappointed.

Guys hand wash your car as they spray the soap, rainx and water onto your vehicle. I feel they do a very good job

My car after today’s “wash”. Seats were also filled with sand/dirt that they got on there while removing the mats. Outside is clean- no complaints about that but for 23$ I expect the seats to be atleast vacuumed after THEY got it dirty. ud83eudd26ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f. Will not be going back.
