Shout outs to the wonderful Greenburgh police department. From the dispatcher to Officer Albano and Officer Davis, they promptly responded and professionally handled my non‐emergent car lock out with patience and precision. Great teamwork gentleman. Greenburgh town police department, this is a law enforcement agency, I am so disappointed with what they did.Today is 01/11/2019, the weather is very good, sunshine, no snow, no rain. In the morning I found some cars parking on the residential area street, every car was put on the town fine tickets, violation is snow parking. The police guy came here at 4am in the morning, do you think they do the great service for the residents? No, not at all, they just came here for fine tickets. I am not sure today is snow cleaning day or not, but today definitely no snow, we don't need town to clean. Do you spread the snow day notice to your residents already? Why you guy give the tickets? Can you put the reminding notice on the car just tell them don't park the car on the street during snow day. They did so bad service, not friendly to the community at all.

They are extremely rude when answering phones and very uninformative! Seems like a bother for civilians to call, when their job is to help us.

To Greenburgh Police Department,nJust want to give kudos and thanks to officers Doherty, Knoesel, and Morales for helping my mother who has dementia and for waiting for me to come home and making sure she was safe and secure in her house. Thank you so much. Your kindness and patience with my mother was greatly appreciated.
