I was running errands and realized I need a 100 ft extension cord store I was at didn’t have it. Googled a hardware store valu came up I spoke with a employee and asked did they have a 100 ft cord and how much ? The male employee asked me to hold on, as I was holding I heard him walking to the area. He yes we have it. I’ll leave it at the front I told him I wasn’t sure if I’ll make it being that the store close at 6 and it was 5:35. He said he could wait a couple mins if need be, I told him don’t worry if I don’t get there today I’ll come in the morning. He said okay. I arrived at the store just making it at 5:55. I walked in asked the 1st employee I saw I knew I had Little time. And was being mindful as well. My cord I needed was right on the counter. Great customer service he went above and beyond not knowing if I would actually make it to to the store the cord was still out. Now that’s customer service Love it keep up the great work
This is a very nice hardware store, and it is very well organized plus all of the employees are friendly and helpful.

Super helpful staff. I forgot to get the gentleman's name, but he was extremely knowledgeable about the part I was trying to get, including showing me new items on the market I had not heard of, that would work better to accomplish the same goal.
The gentlemen were very helpful taking us to exactly what we needed.
