She was extremely helpful. They loaded sheetrock on the truck it was great . Way better than Home Depot or Lowe's....
I placed an online order last week. The very next morning, the owner, Mike, called to let me know the item was not in stock and they were doing a customer priority order to have it there the next day. That next day, I did not bother to confirm their hours surrounding COVID19, I just went to pick it up. I arrived 4 minutes after they closed. The owners wife was still there closing up, she and another nice gentleman allowed me to pick my order up- which included driving out back to their forklift loading area. The incredibly nice guy loaded my large and very heavy order into my car. They went ABOVE and BEYOND, and since I drove 30 minutes to get there, it was VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I highly recommend them, they are worth the drive! Thank you again for everything!!
These people are always great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I come here someone is immediately available to point me in the right direction and helps me find what I'm looking for.
