Very bad stop, people are ignorant and stupid.nobody seems to care even the T employees that work this line suck. Was stuck here many of times. Cancelled trains and all that here. Last nite the train driver of this line hit a downed tree on the line and blew the air breaks out on the train leaving us stranded for 3 hrs in the woods. So terrible line. Don't go if you don't have to. Stay away from lawrence stop period and for that matter the whole entire Haverhill line.

All outside,with no outside waiting area. It's a slight hassle to go through the drop off loop, but it's not too terrible at that. The area appears run down,but I was never bothered.

I wish you could give negative stars. The people who schedule things for alternate transport because of track maintainable should stand out here and explain why they will bus you to a stop and make you wait outside for over an hour to get a bus to take you to the stop you pay for. I have to now spend 4 hours a day on the weekends on busses or waiting for shuttle busses just to get to work. All because some upper management says it's more cost effective to only run one bus

This station used to be better managed, but it's much dirtier than it ever has been, and rules are no longer enforced.nThey used to be somewhat strict about where cars could be standing while waiting to pick people up, now it is a free for all and traffic doesn't flow very well, it takes much longer to exit the garage because so many people park up front instead of waiting in line like they're supposed to. There is also many unregistered cars parked here for some reason?nThe stairwells are potentially dangerous, often littered with hypodermic needles and empty little corners of plastic bags, and there has sometimes been human excrement on the stair landings. I don't think this place has been cleaned once since it opened.
