It's a nice looking station in a useful location. Every time I see many people jumping the stile or otherwise dodging the fare. No effort is made to prevent this. I've seen people peeing, smoking, and littering on the platforms. Full time beggars work the entrances.

One of the better, cleaner stations I went too! Trains were never too crowded going into the city. Area above it was a little less than desirable but I never felt in any danger.

One of the better stations in the system. Quite spacious with 2 parallel platforms (tracks) alongside each other. No unnecessary pillars that block sign of view (as with most other underground stations) here. Uniquely tiled brown inside and out, with working escalators. Hence, proving accessibility. Ticket counter staff nature depends on the person itself. Some days good, some days bad. The F train from here doesn't really go into Lower Manhattan, had to change trains at Times Sq. Take note that the housing area nearby isn't particularly appealing/safe. Tourists take precaution.

Is a great station I pass by there every morning. Always Lot of people alot of traffic, it makes that train station alive . Overall great

F train Stop NYCT Subway ; its a good area to visit only if You have business being in the Area; You can transfer to the q100 to Rikers Island
