All three elevators have been dismantled, no elevators at this station, currently being replaced -- originally scheduled to be completed by April 2020. Nothing being done about the mold on the walls and ceilings though. There are shuttle buses that run to and from Exchange Place, the buses have 3 or 4 steps to get in, the ADA lift access is provided if you demand it.

Love this place amazing view in front of downtown Manhattan and also big mall over there in Newport for all my shopping
