The only thing I don't like is they did pretend.

So many bad experiences with the 94th for decades. Now, they don’t even answer the phone. You have to listen to a voice mail message telling you to call 911 for emergencies and 311 for complaints. If you haven’t hung up by then, they give you four options, including the reception desk. Reception rings and rings and no one answers. Tried all of the other option and get a message saying no one is available to answer your call, try another option. And this was a Saturday afternoon. Better option would be to clean house and hire some good cops who actually work.
