Writing this complaint regarding tactics of this department against civilian DRIVERS, particularly at the intersection 31 and 7th Avenue, at Madison Square Garden, tactics that intended not to improve traffic situation in that area , but to get advantage of it and to rob people.nnAt the end of the month they place a not marked police car there, and stop drivers who makes a right turn from 7th Avenue to 31 street and give them ticket for improper turns.nnDrivers do it because of, and everybody who drives ever by, and i am sure police themselves know, that at certain time of the day there are plenty of taxi cars parked along Madison Square wich takes two blocks, and sometimes they parked, or standing in two, not just one lane.nnThose taxi cars also stand in 200 feet not standing area, and by the law there 6 meters no stoping area, but in case of this particular turn, the solid line that divides the only right turn lane from another begins 150 feet before the intersection. And the problem is that cars still stand there.nnIn my case, and i brought a dash board camera pictures to show the situation, there were two yellow cabs getting passengers and one had no break lights on, which means, being second car to the the light he was in park mode. And there were 4 cars in second lane standing intending to make a turn.nnI met many people in the court with the same issue.nnOfficer Alexander Avion, who represented herself to be from precinct N14, which she is not, I found her working at a traffic division at 30 street, swore in the court in each case and lies that she could see the intersection properly and that there was no cars parked. Which is lie. There is a halal food track, there is an Penn station entrance and there are always cars stand in no stoping area, at any time.nnThe issue is that unprofessional conduct of unqualifying officer Avion Alexander, or the policy if the department abuses civilians and breaks the Law by punishing drivers, civilians where it is them who DIDN'T ORGANIZE THE TRAFFIC, WHO DIDN'T FREE OUT THE LANE FROM TAXI CARS.nnI don't have to know the chapter of the law that allows drivers to cross solid lines or to make a right turn when there is obstructions on the way, it is all of those practicing of the law who has to remember the chapter, but i know that We don't have to drive straight only because of line was occupied with parked cars, and police is there to take advantage of it.nnAT THE END OF THE MONTH, WHILE COMPLETING THE QUOTA THEY TICKET DRIVERS IN THE SITUATION WHERE THEY THEMSELVES DIDN'T MAKE ALL POSSIBLE TO LAW TO BE FOLLOWED.nnINSTEAD OF PUTTING THAT OFFICER, A TRAFFIC ON 7TH AVENUE AND MAKE THE STANDING CARS that block the RIGHT TURN lane TO MOVE, THEY GIVE TICKETS TO EVERYBODY MAKING TURN.nnAND THERE ARE PLENTY PLENTY OF DRIVERS.nnIT IS NOT JUST. IF IT IS NOT A JUSTICE IT IS INJUSTICE. AND THEY DID IT TO ALL OF US.nnREACH ME OUT IF YOU SEEK FOR JUSTICE, TO FILE A CLASS ACTION TOGETHER. LAWYERS LIKE THIS CASES. CALL 311 ALONG. WE HAVE TO STOP THESE ABUSES AND PUNISH THOSE ONES WHO DO THINGS UNLAWFULLY.
