A must see for all beauty lovers. The makeup museum has so many vintage pieces on display. Absolutely gorgeous!!nI loved the beauty secrets from Marilyn Monroe and Jackie Kennedy. I even learnt something new and I’ve been a makeup artists for 18 years!!
Makeup Museum is one of a kind! From the moment you enter the museum, you're transported back in time. Makeup Museum is definitely for makeup/beauty lovers, but also for people who want to learn about the history of makeup and how it influenced our favorite celebrities.
I love it so much history in not only maleup byt the women stories behind it and what our standard of beauty USED to be back then. I cant wait to see how much they are going to expand it in the neat future! Will go back soon
I had the greatest experience visiting the Makeup Museum on it’s opening day September 1st! The staff was super knowledgeable and kind, I learned so much about beauty industry history. Loved it!
I had purchased tickets for the Makeup Museum back in January pre-covid, for opening day on May 1st. Of course I was upset when the opening was postponed- but to my delight, someone reached out to me personally to rebook my ticket for the new opening in September and I made sure to come as early as I could, to soak in every bit of the experience.nMy assistant and I were greeted by the door where we received temperature checks and some hand sanitizer before entering. We were guided throughout the museum by the most lovely and knowledgeable staff member, and we were then given the opportunity to walk around on our own to go back and look through anything we may have missed or wanted more information on. We found this museum to be extremely informant AND fun- a time warp back to the 50s where makeup styling was the hottest commodity and struck some controversy. Highly recommended for makeup enthusiasts and professionals alike! It’s great to brush up on your history!
