I went last week. While I had fun I wish it was more interactive. Also some things were either not working or it was user error because I was using my phone to do it. However I loved the laser room and wished I went through it twice. There are a few other nice surprises that I don’t want to ruin. Overall it was a good time and I recommend people going to see it for themselves.
Very interactive exhibits of various encryption, interrogation, and surveillance, with a good amount of educational material related to various historical and current events. Definitely a fun few hours for a family, with some opportunities to learn a bit about history if you can tear kids away from the electronic exhibits to look at and read about the static items. Best part for me was the exhibit about the WW2 era enigma machine and British program to decrypt.
This place was lots of fun. There are quizzes you take along the way to see what type of spy u are. It's interactive and along the way you learn about different spies and even hackers. It was a cool experience. They give you a stylus so u don't have to touch the screens. They do have gloves if you don't feel comfortable. They also have plenty of sanitizer at just about every station. They even have alcohol pads to clean the headsets for one of the stations. If you register online prior to going you can answer questions on your phone you don't have to stop at every booth to answer questions. Or you have the option to use your cell phone instead of the touch stations to answer questions. They have a laser mission as well. You will be touching things just an FYI. They also have a cool 007 James Bond section.
I would definitely go on a discounted ticket day. Not worth $40 per person. I like the brain teasers, they were fun but most was done on a screen which could have been done on our phone too. Laser room was interactive. More for kids. I guess it could be a date activity too.
Very fun place for family. My daughter dislike museum. But this museum is different normal museum. Two hours is going by quickly. I am not a native speak so it take a little bit long time to interpret, but so funny
