The museum of ice is the best place to visit! The staff is very friendly , welcoming and have amazing energy. While walking in I noticed how bright and colorful the inside is. They have various rooms that you can check out!(very great for taking pics!). I really enjoyed the slide:). They also give you free ice cream and candy. I will definitely visit this place again. For anybody thinking of going .. You should go for it! I promise you wont be dissipointed

I recently visited the museum with my family. It was our second time. We purchased four tickets, $200. Now I thought it was overpriced the first time I went here, but now when 75% of the museum is unavailable it should be cheaper. I had two small kids with me, and we were forced outside to eat ice cream, it was the coldest day of the week, 16 F. My kids shivering, and the stuff not even letting us to stay on the doorstep, only outside in the ice cold wind. Very “nice”. We couldn’t touch the bananas, yet the alphabet you could touch all you want. Very fun for a two year old. Says the the sprinkle pool is open, yet it’s not. I was offered to catch my kids from the slide standing one foot on the slide and one foot on the poll (5 feet away from it), so the kids won’t touch the sprinkles (and I’m pregnant). The cotton candy we were given at the end (and told to eat outside) was blown away by the gust of wind the moment we stepped out. We spent less than an our in the museum, and did not enjoy it. I feel like I just got robbed.

Great experience. I took 7, 9, and 10 year old kids and they had a great time. There is a playground area with swings and games like ping pong and a 3 story slide that was very entertaining for them (and me!). You receive 2 samples of ice cream. There's some adjustments due to covid like you can't dive into the sprinkles pool or eat your ice cream samples indoors so keep that in mind if you are visiting on a cold day. It took us about 1.5 hours to see and play with everything.

Very nice color, the pink is very fitting. I feel like it could of been more. Every room was presented well but it stopped there. I feel the could have done a little more with each exhibit. The free ice cream was just a sample size, nothing great. They could of dressed up a nice cone with pink sparkles to compliment the whole atmosphere. The first room, there was a speech given before letting us in to a room full of goodies/desserts, but they were fake. That was another missed opportunity to dazzle us. These are 2 examples the experience coming short. Was it worth the money, NO! Was it worth my son's smile, yes

Great and fun place to spend a few hours specially with kids. If you want to go for the pictures you better go during the week since there might no be many people. Try to wear bright colored clothes since the rooms color palettes are pastel.
