We intrinsically know corporate entities want more profitable operations from the rest of us. We should demand better service (for one of numerous examples, Webster; have one early afternoon ride). Too bad we do not have the infrastructure for light rail . . .

Worst bus station ever rude workers there, always dirty and stink

The worse bus system EVER!!! If I could give these people no stars thats what it would be. The bus drivers are so rude and disrespectful and it’s because they know they gone just get a slap on the wrist! You can file a complaint and NOBODY will ever get back to you like they are suppose too. GET IT TOGETHER RTS! You need a better system!

Rude drivers, security gets beat up and all the crazy people crazy Flock there to harrass women and ask for dollars. Butttt get to where I gotta go so I award them one star
