As a frequenter of train and bus stations, I can say with conviction that this is one of the best kept stations I've been through. The seats are comfortable, the space is clean and quiet as a library, WiFi was easily accessible, and the station clerk on duty, Chris, was warmly polite and helpful. The whole experience was as pleasant as one could hope.

A relatively new, clean station that tries to pay homage to the golden age of rail. Visited in January 2021 and masks were enforced. There's a borderline obnoxious rent-a-cop who walks around the station who interrogates anyone walking in, but he was okay with us using the restrooms even though we weren't ticketed passengers.

Nice city in the winter

Very nice simple and clean station. I wish the staff were a bit friendlier though. We had to line up downstairs before boarding and it felt a bit like being unnecessarily herded. We're adults and can figure it out without being treated like cattle.
