Rochester Police Department

I can't even begin to put into words how impressed I am with the way the RPD has handled the recent issue on my street. They have taken all the right steps to get a full understanding of the situation, and their communication has been impeccable. They have brought comfort to my neighborhood at a shaky time, and I cannot thank them enough for that. You guys are top of the line, keep up the great work.

I appreciate the job you do but I was disheartened on 2/24/20 when I saw a city bus blow thru a red light heading north crossing Ridge near the kodak center, in front of a squad car with 2 officers at around 2000hrs. Then cars doing 50 m.p.h.+ on that same road . Don't you guys do v and t anymore ? Riding a motorcycle in Rochester must be nothing short of a nightmare.

I'm writing them 5 stars because they are such an awesome police department and they are so helpful when you give them a call they know what to do they are so respectful

What a joke of a law enforcement agency. A bicyclist gets run over by a careless driver who gets off without any sort of citation or punishment. Congratulations. Your department is worthless in the eyes of the rest of the world.
