I had the company come out for a quote. The plumber came out 90 minutes late. The operator stated each time I called that he was 5 minutes away. After the plumber stated what he thought the issue was he told me that they would call me with a quote the same day. After three days I called and stated one would be emailed to me by the end of the day. After 10 days I called again and was told the same thing. Very unprofessional and unreliable company.

Giard Plumbing installed 4 mini-splits and the outdoor unit for our AC system in Stoneham MA. Jeremy provided a detailed quote after our initial meeting and estimate. Ally called promptly to schedule the install a few weeks later. Jeremy, Tim, and the crew were on time and had everything running within 2 days of work. The crew was professional, clean, and an overall pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Giard Plumbing!

In early December, before we moved into our first home Jeremy handed me a football at the Santa Parade in North Andover. I called them to schedule a time to look at the ancient heater unit in our basement. In the meantime my hot water heater burst and Tim came out to fix it for a very reasonable price. Ally is great on the phone and they seem to communicate well in house. We are moving forward with Giard & Son on a variety of projects this year. They are so kind. I highly recommend their service.

Just moved to North Andover and encountered some issues with hot water and heating system. Introduced to this firm from another local person and took a leap of faith and made call. From the initial discussion with Allie (sp?) through the complete experience with Tim (the owner) and his assistant Chris (2005 graduate from GLRVT) was pleasantly surprised with this outfit's professionalism, responsiveness and thoroughness of their service. Tim, in particular took time to explain every aspect of the service which was completed in a very efficient manner.Just a remarkable experience worth sharing with others. A real find!

Tim and his son Jeremy have been my plumbing contractors of choice for may years now They are in the process of replacing an aging boiler in my residence as well as an air conditioning system in a vacation home. Their work is and has been exemplary.. first rate and very reasonably priced.nnOn the occasions where I have had heating or plumbing emergencies in several rental properties that I have owned in the past, , they have been prompt, responsive and competitively priced I would recommend them highly
