We recently had Shawn replace our boiler and hot water heater. Shawn did a fantastic job from start to finish, he even cleaned up after himself. After getting quotes from a few different places we ended up choosing Shawn because he had the best rates, was happy to answer any questions we had, and was very punctual. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to hire him again.

I was so fortunate to find Shawn after my high efficiency boiler had a major malfunction resulting in flooding shortly after it had been serviced by another local plumber. Shawn responded rapidly and immediately knew the source of the issue and the proper fix. He completed the service quickly and was able to repair what was needed, saving me the cost of having to replace the entire boiler. It has been functioning perfectly since then. I trust him implicitly for all of our plumbing and heating needs. He is top-notch!

Shaun recently did work for us. He is knowledgeable, professional and does excellent work. We plan on using him both in the near future for another project, as well as for any future plumbing needs. He's a gem!

I found myself in a bit of a minor emergency (a 1-week old newborn & a dead discharge pump for our laundry machine) and called Shawn as a new client based on his location and great reviews. He answered on the first call, gathered some information from me, was straightforward about needing to finish the job he was working on, but said he could come out in a few hours to take a look.nnLess than three hours later Shawn had purchased the pump he felt we would need and was in my driveway ready to help. He was speedy, efficient, and more than fair with his labor charges (especially considering the back and forth driving, needing to purchase the pump at his supplier, etc). I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the area for plumbing work, and more importantly, plan to make him my first call the next time I need general plumbing work done.

We had a great experience with this company! We used Mass Save to obtain a heat loan to install a new high efficiency heating system. Originally mass save sent another company to do an assessment, they had a sales team try to sell us the new system. The price seemed extremely high and they gave us limited options. We knew Shawn from a local business. He provided us the quote and we submitted it to Mass Save. We had the approval for the loan within 2 weeks. The system was installed flawlessly! We received our rebate a few weeks after installation. Shawn has since followed up and fixed a few other plumbing issues we had. Great job! If you call Mass Save call Shawn’s Plumbing and Heating!
