Graham, Brian and Brian were very professional and knowledgeable. I always get a return call, email or text. Flexible on changes. Kept me involved in decisions. They installed fixtures and heating in our new bathroom and rezoned one area of downstairs heating. Have also hired them to install minisplit heating/AC. Great to work with. Highly recommend.
Brian and BPS Plumbing are amazing. Used them for adding a full bath and addition on my house, then later again when I added a basement bathroom and kitchen. Most recently had him come in to sort through a maze of poor prior work at a new house I purchased. Very reasonable on pricing and extremely knowledgeable. My go to for any plumbing and cooling needs.

BPS just finished for us a plumbing, heating and cooling project that had many challenges and he stepped up to the plate to handle all those issues in a expeditious timeline. Excellent workmanship, the crew was on time and respectful of me and my family during the Covid pandemic. The workers took time to To explain the products, and did extra work during cleanup. We had multiple quotes and BPS’s was very reasonable, and they included some free upgrades and a few free extra small plumbing projects. The company was busy and made an exception to do the installation on a Saturday so that we would not have to wait. The work was checked on after the insulation a few days past to ensure all was well. I would recommend this company and have already to a neighbor looking for HVAC work.
