When I was going through the drive thru, I was met with a very rude employee who gave a fuss over catering to my order. I returned to ask for a refund because I was scared this employee possibly spat in my food or added something I didn’t like. This same employee disrespected me when I returned. I was then met with the manager, Jahayra, who treated me kindly and understood my worries. She gave me my original order without any troubles. Although the original rude employee I was met with shouldn’t work at Taco Bell (or any food industry, really) I am glad Jahayra, the manager, works there. She serves as a great example of great customer service. I hope Taco Bell values Jahayra and employees like her.

We’ve been going to this Taco Bell since this summer since we just moved to Lawrence. The freeze machine is always down, and today I ordered a bean burrito and a Mexican pizza with no meat and both of them had beef in them. They also shorted us on our order multiple times but today - I can’t even eat anything I order. Taco Bell takes pride that they are a vegetarian friendly restaurant - I can tell you this one isn’t. We’ll take the extra drive to Methuen or Salem going forward.
