Jensen Martinez was a wonderful representation of a professional. He was very thorough and spotted things we were unaware of and took excellent care of our system. I feel confident that these adjustments will keep our system running in top notch order and performance. We LOVE Absolute Air and will always trust them to take care of us! They installed an IQ Air purifying system for our whole house 3 years ago and it completely saved my life and made it so we could continue to live here after moving from California. We have used Absolute Hearing and Air for the past 8 years. They are professional, courteous and prompt. They have done everything from replacing our AC to routine heating system check ups. They are great at answering all of our questions and if the service tech isn't sure they always find out for us. They provide great service and I highly recommend them.

Kregg came and did a wonderful job! I feel a lot better going into the winter season knowing our ancient heater is going to work fine. Didn’t pressure me into buying anything new since it’s not necessarily needed right now. However, if something goes wrong or we do need to replace something, we will be giving these guys a call! I was approached at Home Depot to have them come do some preventative maintenance at our home. I had been wanting to get it done so I signed up to have them call me. I have never heard of them before, but all along the way they were very professional and I appreciated there constant follow up including letting us know when the technician was on his way including sending a photo so we knew who he was when he arrived. He was very thorough in servicing all of my heating and AC units. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I was able to call and get a same day diagnostic appointment. They sent an image of the tech prior to our appointment so we were able to identify him. We also received a 30 minute notice prior to him arriving. Our tech, Michael W. was very informative, thorough, and transparent about the whole process. He didn't try to up-sell us or offer anything we didn't need. He was able to guide us into making an educated decision on our own. When we encountered an issue with finalizing financing paperwork he was able to correct that right then, we didn't have to wait for a follow up. 10/10 would recommend to everyone having A/C issues.
