I had a leaking water main. That can be a very expensive repair (especially depending on the scope of excavation required). I got quotes from three different highly rated plumbing services, including Rocky Mountain Plumbing. They quoted less than half what the other two did, got me scheduled quickly and performed the job needing minimal access or disruption to my property. When they were done, the landscaping had been restored. Most importantly, they fixed the problem in a way that I'm confident that we won't have that particular issue again for as long as we own this home. I was satisfied. Would highly recommend.
I was greatly impressed with Caleb as well as the plumber who installed our new water heater. Their communication was outstanding!!

Had a home warranty claim for a malfunctioning washer/dryer hot water valve. Was referred to Rocky Mountain Plumbing. They responded and scheduled a service call same day for a 7 hour window. Unfortunately, they never showed up and failed to respond to follow up telephone calls and voice messages to their "24 hour" phone number.
Because of their extremely unprofessional behavior and failure to respond I had to miss an entire day of work for no reason and my family was left with no water for 36 hours.
I called one of their competitors the following morning and had a service technician at my home and the problem resolved in less than 4 hours.
Would strongly advise against using this company.
While I never look forward to calling a plumber this company made a horrible experience less stressful and truly went out of their way to help me. They were on time, respected my home (and my dogs who kept demanding their attention) and got my drains working again within a couple of hours.
Definitely keeping these guys for any future disasters.
I had a home warranty claim that was assigned to this company, and my previous experience with plumbers assigned through my home warranty company was not a positive. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick Rocky Mountain was to reach out to me - the same day I submitted the claim. They showed up within a few hours of calling me, and my toilet no longer sounds like a machine gun every time I flush it. Very quick, very professional.
