Beehive Plumbing is a great company that takes care of their customers! Steve M is a talented plumber and a very gracious professional. I would highly recommend this company. Colton and Nicholas were amazing to work with. They went above and beyond in their service: going so far as to also look at other plumbing issues. They were respectful by being on time and also of our home by keeping the inside area clean and then they cleaned up the outside area when they were finished. They were very friendly even with our very energetic and curious child.
Benjamin explained everything and was very polite throughout the whole process.
Our water heater broke(Friday) and flooded a corner of our basement. I called(at 11am) a few plumbers and Beehive was the only one that actually picked up the phone(the others did call me back but couldn’t come until the following Monday). Beehive said they could fix it today and would have someone at our house between 4-6. We got a text, email, and voicemail at 4 letting us he was on his way.
Daniel Wayman was very professional and courteous. He took the time to educate us on what we had and what we needed and why. He took our busted heater installed the new water heater and was gone by 7. I was very impressed. We also had questions about our water softener and he took the time to test the water and show us that it’s working perfect!
I can’t speak to the pricing because I didn’t have time to shop around and get several quotes. However; I will definitely use them again.
Beehive answered the call early in the morning. Pulled my leaking water heater and installed a tankless water heater by afternoon. I am completely pleased with the tankless water heater over that other heated barrel and the service was second to none. Nathan was great and the install was quick and clean.
