I recently moved to Utah from another state. Knowing no one here, I had to rely on my own research and instincts. After speaking with multiple property managers and landlords, I was blessed to contact Rockpoint Apartment Homes. From the first phone call to the time I moved in, everyone in the office was beyond amazing and accommodating. I must have called at least 37 times with questions before I moved in and they were always friendly, patient, and genuinely happy to help. Their kindness continued after I moved in and does so to this day. As far as the complex itself, it is more amazing than I could have imagined. It is so quiet, clean, easy to access, and very welcoming. The free bicycles, gym, and pool are very nice perks. Not to mention watching Sunday/Monday night football while sitting in the spa in front of the fireplace. I highly recommend this amazing community to anyone who wants to live a, "Life Elevated."

I've lived at Rockpoint Apartments for almost a year now. I have to say that it has been one of the better renting experiences I've had...and I've had a lot. First of all, the amenities are amazing! The gym is awesome! The pool is heated and also awesome! The hot tub, the ping pong table, the pool table, the bikes...really well done! The leasing office is extremely kind and professional. They are always quick to respond to any issue I've had. The maintenance crew are always working as well! Those guys can fix anything and fast! I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for an apartment to come check this place out. Lots of different layouts and options.

This place is great unless you need someone else to take over your lease. My husband and I had to leave Utah due to a new job offer. During this time (3 weeks to be exact), we had found TWO people who were qualified to take over our lease. When we first moved in it took 2 hours for us to be qualified. It took the first person 6 days, and then they backed out because it was taking so long. When we called (4 times) to see where his application was, we got different answers each time. The only time someone told us the truth was when my husband threatened to turn them in for fair housing because we felt like our matter wasn’t taken serious due to them not making money off of it. The second person, same thing happened. When we finally found a third person to take over our lease, after my husband repeatedly called and made sure, things went through. After everything was said and done, the new people had taken over the lease, and it was no longer ours, we were charged rent (even after it was out of our name and they signed and took over before the month ended) they did not remove our card information, and both people were charged. When we called to fix it, the lady told us there was nothing they could do about it and we needed to figure it out. Overall it was a nice, clean place to live. But as soon as we inconvenienced them (even though we found multiple qualified people to take the lease over) things changed. Some of the most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with. It blows my mind how bad a place can treat you if they aren’t making money from it. Save yourself the time & just pay the ridiculous $100 extra every month for month-to-month renting!

This place is awesome! Management has been extremely responsive and friendly, really great people to work with. The units are nice and have a great modern design. Internet is blazing fast, buy yourself an orbi mesh router and you will be loving life. Amenities are super nice too. The gym is great and always clean, and the pool/spa are a huge bonus.

If you are looking for a great apartment to call your next home, look no further! This place has everything you could possibly want. An amazing apartment with all the amenities you could possibly want, along with a fantastic, professional, and caring staff...what more can you ask for. I have lived in several apartments for over 20 years now, and this place takes the cake. It’s simply a great place to call home. 5 stars all the way!!!!
