America's Best Real Estate - Utah

My wife found John Austin through a google search when we were living in NY and looking for a home in Utah. Little did we know that her generic search landed us with one of the most dedicated, caring, and meticulous professionals we have ever dealt with in any industry. My wife had picked out about 8 houses that she wanted us to see (based on her internet search) and based on those choices, John found a couple other houses that she hadn't really noticed and recommended we check those out, as well. The very first house he showed us, which he had recommended, ended up being the house that we ultimately purchased... but not until he had shown us about 10 other houses. Needless to say, his instincts were right from the outset and we couldn't be happier with the purchase. He negotiated a fantastic price and more importantly he was so knowledgeable about many meaningful factors that we needed to take into consideration and/or have fixed before the purchase. I have since recommended him to several friends and family for both buying and purchasing and each time he has gone the extra mile to help those families achieve their goals with excellent service. He isn't afraid to roll up his sleeves and help people prepare their homes for sale that will substantially help make a great sale... Can't say enough about this individual. He is one of the kindest and capable individuals I have ever met and am very thankful that he continues to be a good friend 10 years later...
