Now that I have lived here for over a month I feel comfortable sharing my review. I love living here. Katie and Carlos are so kind and very accommodating. I had one minor service request that was filled in a timely manner. Every question or concern I had was answered honestly and quickly.
The area is quite, and the views are beautiful. There are no hidden fees and everything is explained upfront.
I cannot hear my neighbors talking or their TVs and such so the integrated sound barrier is doing its job.
The amenities are phenomenal. And the building is beautiful.
There is 24/7 security so I never feel at risk.
For moving into my first apartment I have felt very welcomed here and I feel like I made the right choice calling this place my home.
Just toured with Katie. This building is SO pretty and amenities are luxurious! I’m so excited to live here. I love the views to the West! The Jordan river parkway is right there so it’s a vacant, beautifully landscaped area. Would highly recommend checking this place out -
I live here and I love it. The place is seriously so clean. They clean the hallways all the time. All the staff are very helpful and nice.

We have lived here for about 3 months now and unfortunately have to leave this review.
The apartment complex is beautiful and the location next to the jordan river trail is awesome. Staff is great and quick to fix the problems we have had so far (doors installed poorly, hvac issues, etc.) typical new apartment problems. However, the recurring issue we have had with the internet here warrants the one star review.
The internet provided is through a third party service and so far the experience has been horrible. We experience irregular connectivity with unexpected breaks, slow network connection, slow data transfer, poor signal strength all day everyday. Since we both work from home this is a huge issue. We have tried getting our own internet service set up, but since the issue is "signal interference" that doesn't solve the problem.
We will update this review if the issue gets resolved, but until then we recommend not moving in until it is fixed, especially if you work from home.
I have been living here for a month and a half and I feel comfortable writing a review now.
Pros: Location. It's absolutely beautiful here. I can't get enough of the views from my balcony and it feels safe in this area, which is huge for me. It's close to everything you could need in this area.
Underground parking is going to be a time saver in the winter time.
The stairwells are air conditioned, so during the summer, it's not too hot walking up the stairs.
The staff! You guys are incredible and responsive. Based off of the staff alone, I would've given this place 5 stars.
I love the fact that I'm the first person to live in this apartment. Everything is brand new and works like a dream.
Cons: Underground parking is required and the assigned spots do not make any sense. My car is parked pretty far away from the elevator to get to my apartment which makes carrying groceries up to my place miserable. There were quite a few closer parking spots available when I moved in.
Biggest con: I can hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbors are doing. All normal day to day things: walking, running, dog barking, conversations, shower/bath running, doors closing, laughing, TV, etc. It sounds as though I'm living in a two story home with them because I can even hear someone's phone ringing/their alarm going off sometimes.
The way that the rooms/bathrooms for the 2 bedroom apartments are set up is confusing. The room that is considered the master bedroom is a larger room, but a small bathroom. The room that is considered the guest room is the smaller room, but a bigger bathroom with a shared entry door. I ended up taking the smaller room with the larger bathroom so there was enough room for two people in the bathroom at one time.
The first floor isn't really the first floor. (My mistake in not realizing that when I chose floor 2 to live on) Technically, I live on the 3rd floor because floor 1 is considered "maintenance" floor. I have to go up 4 flights of stairs to get to my place since each floor has two sets of stairs.
The swimming pool/spa: It closes when the office closes (M-F 6PM, Saturday 5PM) Therefore, if you're like me with a typical 8-5 job, you're never going to be able to use it. They said it's because of Covid-19 and they have to monitor the amount of people, however, the apartment complex itself isn't even at full capacity. While I've been here, I've seen an estimated 5 people at the pool max.
Trash: There have been two times where I have left my trash can outside of my apartment for multiple days and I've come back each evening to the trash can still not emptied. I'm almost to the point where I'm going to start dumping the trash on my own (which I don't mind, I just use the valet service because it's offered). I'm aware there are no service days on Friday and Sunday.
The parking garage is a tight fit when you're driving in it if there is another vehicle going in an opposite direction from you while entering/leaving the garage. I've experienced a few close calls.
Overall, the apartment itself, the staff, location, and the safety I feel while living here has been great. I like living here, but the cons listed have been major inconveniences for my family and I.
