Evans Town Police Department

Three teenagers and myself where lost in Evans town at night while out for a night walk. We're not from the states as we're tourists passing through the country, knowingly we head over to the police station and ask for some directions. To our surprise they offered us lifts back to our camp. I'd like to say thanks to the two police officers that helped us out. Impressive professionalism.

I am a physician and I am not home very often. However with only two interactions with Evans police department I think they are very professional and helpful. One was about pests living under my house they gave me a good referral and problem fixed within days. Second incident was a neighbor issue. They came and handle it in professional manner.

Chief of police made an appointment with me and conveniently had a meeting during that time. Very unprofessional. What kind of leadership is that? It’s very sad when a victim & their family are treated as the criminal for simply seeking information or help.
