Thai is a nice Subway. I went here while I was at the Angola Travel Plaza and was satisfied with my experience. I walked up to the Subway and bought three chocolate chip cookies. The cashier gave me my chocolate chip cookies, so I left the Subway and ate my cookies. They tasted very good, which was nice. I gave this Subway five stars because they have tasty cookies.

Stopped recently and Alyssa was the girl assisting me and was extremely rude, refused to bring me a manager and refused to give me the number for the store. I want a refund for my food that was slapped in the wrapper and falling apart when I got it, it was inedible. I will never come back to this location again, it wasn’t worth my time to even stop and wait for my food to be made by someone with such a poor attitude. At least act like you want your job.

I recently visited the subway location in Angola off of the I-90 and received some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. A girl named Alyssa took care of me and she was extremely rude, rolling her eyes, ignoring my requests for her to change her gloves, it is hard to hear people talking through the masks, I asked her to speak up to which she said “are you f**king deaf?” I will be contacting the store owner as well as the Regional Manager to file a formal complaint because this is absolutely repulsive behavior.
