Unsolicited contacts. Both text and email. Feels like a scam. They say “send me what your price range is again, and the area your looking to purchase a home in.” In my opinion, If we really had prior contact they should have that basic information.

They keep text messaging me unsolicited. I have asked to be taken off their list and I am on the DNC list but for some reason they think its okay to contact me. I never submitted a request to be contacted.

Bowen Adams Real Estate has been great for us. We have used them three times plus referred many of our family and friends. Communication is great. We will continue to go to and refer others to Rachel.

Kris and his team recently help us sell our home and we couldn’t be happier! From the beginning, Kris was helpful, professional and fun to work with. He is also a true expert in real estate and has great connections, which made the whole process easy and seamless. He was only supposed to sell my home while we worked with another agent to buy a home; but Kris ended up helping us more than selling our home because he was prompt, diligent and most of all, really good at what he does. He made sure that we understood every step and that we were very well taken care of throughout the process. We also managed to work with one of his teammate, Tristan, and he too, was very helpful, prompt and knowledgeable! I truly will never work with anyone else in real estate but Kris and his team!

Our exteith Bowen Adams Real Estate was great. We were new to Utah. Kris made buying a new house in a new state so simple and got us a great deal.
