We’ve worked with Sara a handful of years ago for our first home purchase, and then just recently with the sell of that home and the search and purchase of the next one. Sara was patient with us as we weighed LOTS of options and took quite a while to find the right house. (We are very happy with it and the timing of the sale, purchase, and move all went very smoothly). Sara does fight for her clients and is very aggressive in negotiating. She has years of experience in her field and it shows. She knows how to get things done and all the ins-and-outs of the industry. Something we really appreciated about Sara was her willingness to get on the phone and talk you through any questions or concerns. One note: If you have a lender that you want to use, be ready to be firm in your decision as Sara loves her preferred lender.

Sara is one of the hardest workers I have met, she goes above and beyond for you, your sale and everyone involved to ensure a seemless transaction. It is great to save money when selling your house, having Sara's credit on the sale of your house when you have her represent you on the sale of your new house is a rare gift!
