Terrible management that is not polite when presented with issues, very rarely get an order 100% correct, OFTEN forget items from order
Good place to eat
I've never thrown away a taco before today, much less two. I tried the new quesolupa, it was so over fried and greasy! It was awful. Don't try one! I'm really sad because I love tacos.
Went to get food, and got different items that I didn’t order, and they forgot my BLT chalupa. Which is the second time at this location it has happened. Was not given my receipt and was not asked if I would like my receipt as well. Went back through to say I was missing said items and sat at the window for 5-10 minutes. Was told to pull ahead and park in a spot. Waited for someone to come out to talk to us which took 5-10 minutes again. Was told they found my receipt and said there wasn’t anything I said was missing on the receipt.
Did on line app order. Order large drinks. Hand out medium and say they ate out of large. After having to ask about a refund for the difference they decided to hand out a small also. Said can't do a refund with the app. Also got drink wrong for type. Hope it was just one bad might and not a pattern
