I've had some mixed experiences at Red Robin but in the last few weeks a waitress named Hannah in Elmira has come to work for the company she needs a pat on the back, a tip or some compensation for how great is. She is the cream of the crop for customer service.....this girl is a Supreme human and is going places....I truly hope u recognize what she could bring to ur company and promote within.....she brightens my night every time.....from a managers perspective please recognize her and congratulate.
The burgers are absolutely delicious. The waitress was very sweet and took great care of us. Only problem we had was the parking lot has a lot of pot holes.
Got what was supposed to be their spiciest Burger I fed kids with more spice chili was meat sauce steak fries were good burger was cooked properly almost never happens that's why four stars
I Was disappointed.. took ten minutes to place the order over the phone and after all that they didn't even get the order right. Better off getting McDonald's for half the price.
Not a place I would return to. Service is middzies. Furniture is all torn up. Food was ok at best. But I did not see anything gourmet.. Just saying. And they sat 4 of us in the middle of an isle. Everyone that came in past by our table within 2 feet. Even servers and the hostesses had to pass our table within 2 feet to seat any new customers. So terrible, especially in a pandemic ud83eudd28
