I’m not that big of a whiner. The food was fine, not great but no real problems. Issue is the kids you hired here have a habit of just disappearing for an hour or more when they don’t feel like working anymore. I was the last car to get my food and everyone else behind me were forced to leave. I just went back around the drive-thru for sauce. Noticed they just hid and never came back out. Left feedback with the “how we did” number. Hopefully, the report gets through. Really shameful stuff, Arby’s. Management has to fix this.

I’d never eat at this establishment again. Like ever. The service at the drive thru was horrible. The young lady taking my order had an attitude. Apparently she was making orders and taking orders. When I got to the window she was also taking payments. Not even sure how sanitary that is and if she had time to put gloves on to prepare food. Anyways I got my food, along with food for my family and items were missing. As I opened up to check everything the presentation of the food was DISGUSTING. It completely turned me off. The food was sloppy! I had to rejoin the drive thru line to get my missing food. When my family and I got home ready to eat because we were very much hungry, we were highly disappointed. The food isn’t what we expected it to be. The commercials make everything look so tasty, and this experience was far from that. All in all it was a total waste of money and a waste of time. They also need a different associate at the window as well as more employees.

As always the food here is very good and the service was expedient. Clean store and friendly staff. See you again soon.
