Subway

My onlyud83eudd14problem with subway is that they dont keep the food trays or condiment trays closed. I know it's for fast access to make sandwiches to get the customers in and out. But I feel that it isud83eudd22unsanitary and i think anything can fall in there.

Amazing white pizza with broccoli. Its beyond good. Regular cheese pizza never dissapoints! Cheese steak are so good. Probably the best in collingswood and surrounding towns

This site is my favorite place. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. when I feel like having a delicious supper, this restaurant comes instantly to my mind. superb and food and a rich cuisine.courteous team, and pleasant atmosphere. Not less important, the price is fair. I recommend this place with great pleasure.

I have never experience such poor customer service. I frequent this location however, I usually order in store. Today I decided to order ahead using the app. I ordered and arrived at the store 16mins later to be told the order had no been received and the sandwich had not been made. I expected that by showing the employee my subway confirmation and PayPal receipt that he would be sorry for the delay and make my sandwich. He said he could not make my food until he received the order on his computer. I asked him if he expected me to wait until the order (which was placed now 20mins ago) would arrive. I then asked him to refund me which is said he could not/would not.nHe said I would have to phone subway customer service to deal with this. On my way home, I called subway to only be given automated message machines. At this point I drove back and told him that he had to take my name and number and call me when he receives my order and refund me immediately.nTerrible customer service. I showed him confirmation and payment. If (for whatever reason) the store didn’t ever receive the order they would lose out in a couple of dollars of the cost but now they have lost out on a customer forever. Have some common sense. It’s your issue. Make the sandwich and apologize. Still chasing my refund.

I’m disappointed on this store because the guy couldn’t do my subway with my T-Mobil cupon. I have never got a complain with the others subways stores but this one, he said he is not available to do it.
