Subway

I went yesterday to get 4 subs and had a page of coupons that were going to expire soon. I used 2 coupons and another couple came in. I asked if they wanted the leftover coupons to use on their purchase. The owner, who was making my food, chastised me, in front of the couple, for giving them coupons. He said he loses money on the coupons and he was really mad. The couple didn’t look like they had much money themselves. He should have been grateful anyone is ordering takeout, with the pandemic leaving many of us temporarily unemployed. I was in shock how disgusting his behavior is. Next time I will go to Parsippany Subway instead! Spend your money at a different Denville eatery that has compassion!!!!!!

EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have contacted the BBB!!! They have no manners, they don’t know how to treat a customer! My entire family and I will never ever to go this establishment just because of their customer service. No wonder why it’s always empty!!!

Didn’t even order food because the guy refused to wear a mask during this epidemic and governors orders

They were extremely nice and considerate. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The employees work very well together with patience and respect and laughter. The food was neatly packaged and tastes fresh and great. I highly recommend this Subway to all subway fans! This is by far the best Subway I have ever been too.

The best Subway restaurant in the area, especially for any special requests. Good turnover.
