Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

It was great to get out on Saturday night. Plenty of social distancing. Server was super nice. Everyone was helpful.

Horrible meal. Floor was sticky place smelled stale. No evidence of food cooking. Burger was dry and warm fries were cold. Salad was limp. One waitress for the entire place. Red robin has really gone downhill.

Was sat at a table in the bar area - waited 20 minutes without anyone greeting me or checking on me even though several workers passed by and made eye contact. My body language clearly showed I hadn’t been greeted and I was looking for someone to acknowledge me. At the 20 min mark I gave up and asked to speak with the manager to make him aware. Don’t go off peak time and expect service. It’s really gone down hill at this location. I noted several others in the same situation.

From Burgers, fries, sandwich wraps, onion rings and drinks. This stop is a great calorie spot for the calories you'll burn walking the Rockaway mall area. Very Prompt Service - Tasty place ! Curbside pick up for those too bushed to dine in.

Ordered their signature Southern charm burger with fries and it was drenched in too much sweet sauce. The burgers are much smaller now, The size of a Wendy sandwich but much thinner. Came with 5 long pieces of fries with no seasoning. They did put the seasoning on the side I guess with covid now you have to do it yourself. Bill came over $20 and was still hungry. Miller house serves bigger tastier burgers but the wait time is over half hour.
