The Cheesecake Factory

Carolina Salmon was delicious. What I like about this chain restaurant is that they offer healthy alternatives on the menu. Great place to go out with great service and food. Cheese cake looked awesome as well. Unfortunately I’m on a diet and had to pass. ud83dude41

Nothing beats the cheesecake factory like itself. Only this place can try and top itself. The food here is amazing. Service was great. Nothing to complain about. Food comes out fresh and hot. I would definitely be back.

We use to receive great service at this location. Last weekend we were seated by the bartender section and she was too busy to take good care of us. Everybody else was in running mode, so we were ignored one time after the other. There was no supervisor on sight, sadly.

Don’t offer dinner entrees if you don’t intend to put care into what you’re offering to patrons. Truly disappointed with today’s order - probably my last to be honest. I ordered Chicken & Biscuits in gravy. What arrived was certainly not what was advertised. More mushed potatoes and gravy than anything else. Two extremely thin slices of Chicken which seemed to have been added in last minute. No salt or seasoning on the chicken and definitely not an entree size portion. I’ve had more chicken when ordering chicken as on add on to their Kale Salad. I also ordered a French Salad which was warm because they placed the salad under the chicken and it was missing most of the elements. Very poorly done all around. I will be calling manager for a refund. Though I love their Cheesecakes, the food had been sub-par for quite a few months and nothing like the quality when I have dined-in. My order was delivered. No issues with the hand off from my door dasher... the delivery was done with care and a very warm attitude despite the snow.

This place is pretty decent. The food comes in small portions compared to other restaurants, but the food is really good. The cheesecake here are also really amazing as well. Not my first choice, but I will definitely be coming again.
