I'm not sure if all there employees are trained for customer service but the young man who came to our home was very nice and polite. He unfortunately came at a bad time and I apologise for having to cut the demo short. I know it's not an easy job and you never know what you're going to walk into, but I just want to commemorate him for his understanding and continued patience with the situation. And apologize for the inconvenience we may have made for him. For what we did see it was well done and at this time we won't be purchasing a Kirby but if you're in the market for one or would like a new vacuum definitely call and make an appointment with them.
Its a heavy vac to complicated, bags are very expensive probley parts as well.
