Nobody helped me even though they were not busy. It is hit or miss. Sometimes the people working there are great. Instead of helping me today, they told me I could just return the item?! I wish there was more consistency in service.

Meanwhile during a pandemic, the woman at the cash register was shoveling handfuls of nuts into her mouth in between ringing up each of my items. Disgusting. Had to sanitize my items immediately.

This is the place to go ONLY if you're in a jam ad need a quick fix. Hoffmans or Lowes would be a better option. On more than one occasion the help as been rude and at times almost combative. There is a lady in the store with log white/blonde hair and she is best avoided. She simply cant be troubled with your needs as a customer. There on the other hand are some great folks that work there too. PVC fittings and Electrical switch/outlet areas are an absolute train wreck and by the time you're done trying to figure out what was supposed to be where you will have forgotten your original mission. The owner seems to be nice but is reluctant to fix the customer service experience.

They seem to have everything one needs, very accessible and useful assistance when needed.
