After our oil furnace and AC condenser died after 25+ years, we switched from oil to high efficiency gas. I got 5 estimates. Baldini Plumbing wasn't the lowest proposal but Rob's thorough and detailed estimate, knowledgeable assessment and personable manner tipped the scales. The installation crew of Chris, Ethan and Justin were professional, polite and capable craftsmen. They worked hard and efficiently and willingly answered all of my questions. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend Baldini Plumbing..n(And during this time of Covid, they all showed up wearing masks.)

Excellent work! We've had them do annual maintenance as well as a complete rebuild of our furnace, and hot water system. Rob and his team were very professional and did an amazing job explaining all the steps and how they would be designing and installing our new system. The work was completed on time and the craftsmanship was evident.

The best! I wouldn't call any other company. Rob and his whole crew are great. Kyle just installed a tank-less water heater in my house. He was nice and very thorough ! All his employees are wonderful. Our tank failed and we had no hot water. They had us back up and running in no time. Been using them for 5 years and I cant say enough about this company. 5 stars hands down!

This company and it’s employees are the best. Very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. We have used them several times with excellent results every time. Except or the new equipment you would never know they were there. Definitely our “go to” guys for all our plumbing and heating needs.

We hired Baldini Plumbing to replace our boiler. From the moment I filled out their online form, their responsiveness was excellent. I heard from Rob, the owner, the next morning and he walked me through the entire process, including securing a Mass Save Heat Loan and qualifying for a rebate. I am beyond appreciative of their professionalism,nprompt responses, follow through, and help with my many questionsnalong the way. We are so impressed with Baldini are thankful to donbusiness with them. Highly recommend!
