Checked in online. So far so good. Only an 11 minute wait. I go there immediately from 3 blocks away. No greeting, or even an acknowledgement that someone else walked in. ( not just me because over the next 20 minutes I saw the same thing happen and watch people leave. Next up the wait is now more than a half hour even though they said 11 minutes on the app. Also there are 5 people ahead of me. What the heck do you check in for then? I’ll update the review if I ever get acknowledged or ya know, get that haircut I came in for. Update: I have never felt more discriminated against in a place. After ignoring me and addressing everyone else that clearly checked in after me, and being ignored once more, I addressed the staff and let them know that for the future maybe it would be nice to be even addressed or acknowledged. They said I’m sorry with zero emotion as I walked out. I’ll never spend a dime here or any other great clips

The lady didn't ask how I wanted my hair cut.. OTHER than that. I got a wash and I was still semi HAPPY with the outcome

Courtney was awesome! Conscientious and detailed when cutting my hair. Thanks Courtney! However when I walked in there was only one stylist cutting someone’s hair who saw me and another man who walked it behind me. The stylist was a bit slow to acknowledge that we were there to check in. Maybe he just thought because we checked in online that we would walk in and sit down?? I don’t know. The other guy behind me left after we waited for what seemed like a while.

I came here for my sons first haircut months ago, and I just came for another one. I completely understand the mandatory face masks and I was wearing mine. The lady is half way through my sons haircut and says oh he needs to wear a face mask. He is a 1 year old and the cdc recommends children under 2 don’t wear face masks. I wish she had said something before she started. I don’t think she knows he shouldn’t wear one because of his age it can be a choking hazard. I had to hold a cloth over his face and it defeated the purpose of social distancing because I was right there the whole time. I will not be coming back here. She needs to know simple things as such and I even told her he’s one and can’t wear one and she didn’t care.

I had my haircut by Alyse, she is the BEST! I had not had a haircut for 4 months. Alyse, gave me a cute cut and was very personable. I would highly recommend her. Thanks, for the awesome cut!
